Terms and conditions

Applicability

These terms apply to all quotations, orders and deliveries by Jures Techniek B.V. to business customers.

Prices and payment

Prices exclude VAT. For payment on account, a payment term of 30 days after the invoice date applies.

Delivery

Stock items ordered before 15:00 are shipped the same working day. Stated delivery times are indicative.

Warranty and returns

New installations carry a two-year warranty. Returns are accepted in their original condition within 14 days after notification.
